I am officially half way through my pregnancy, which should sound like good news to me except all I can think is "Only half way!!! Are you kidding?!?" I am convinced that this pregnancy will be the death of me. Hopefully I will take after my mom and only be sick for another month. For some good news: our insurance is now paying for my very expensive medicine so now I don't have to wait till I am incapable of doing anything before I take a pill. Also, the baby is kicking ALL the time. Sometimes I just lay down and watch my stomach for it's little kicks... it's pretty cool. We only have two more weeks before we go back to the doctor to attempt to find out the sex of our baby... this time I am going to chug a few sodas before I go.

Lopsided belly
I was lying down yesterday looking at my stomach and I noticed that it was completed lopsided. The baby must have been all the way to my right. It was pretty cool and I wanted to just lay there to see if it would move but we had to go get ready for church. Every time something new happens like this it makes the baby so real for us. Kurt still hasn't felt the baby move, even though I make him feel for it all the time but I feel it everyday and even though the movement makes me feel a little nauseous i still love it.
I took these pictures so this is looking down towards my feet. Kurt put his finger on my belly button. You can see how the right side is higher then the left side. Hopefully this picture makes sense.

We are having a....
We are having a... BABY!!! That is probably not the answer you were looking for but believe me you are not the only one that is a little disappointed.
Yesterday Kurt and I went in to find out if our little baby would be a girl or a boy. We we super excited but when we got there the doctor was having a hard time getting a good look at the sex organs cause the baby's feet were together and blocking the view. He tried from several other angles but in the end he told us the baby was in the worst position for trying to see what it was. We even tried wiggling and shaking my stomach to wake it up but what can I say, the kid sleeps like its dad. The doctor did say that usually it's the girls that will sleep with it's feet together while the boys will be spread eagle saying "Hey! Look what I've got!" So either we have a shy boy or a ladylike girl... we will try to see again in another month (I couldn't convince that receptionist to let us come in earlier). So even though we don't know if our baby is a girl or a boy, we do know that he/she is looking very healthy and strong. (But I'm still a little angry that he/she couldn't be a little more cooperative).
This is us before the appointment. As you can see we are happy and excited. Any after the appointment pictures would have been of me being angry.
